Liability
Triptonique shall not be liable for damages or charges incurred by travellers due to any of the following:
- Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, or alteration/cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.
- Accidents during transportation or accommodation, or damage by fire.
- Orders of Indian government or immigration regulations, or isolation resulting from infectious diseases.
- Accidents occurring during travellers' free activities.
- Food poisoning or theft.
Group Size
- Maximum 30 travellers per batch.
- We maintain an equal male-to-female ratio for most trips.
- A minimum of 10 travellers is required to confirm a batch. If not met, you will be offered a transfer to another trip (subject to payment/refund of balance amount if any).
- The mode of transport depends on the group size.
Cancellation Policy
No refund shall be made on the initial booking amount for any cancellation or reschedule. Beyond that:

| 7 days before trip | 50% of total trip cost |
| 3 days before trip | 75% of total trip cost |
| Within 3 days | 100% of total trip cost |
Weather & Activity Changes
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. Triptonique will make its best effort to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for cancelled activities.
